The enterprise carries out a full technological production cycle: from the production of canvas to the production of finished products with prints, embroidery and appliqués. To be at the height of world quality standards, the company is constantly developing and improving technology.
Over the last decade alone, a significant part of the sewing, dyeing, finishing and knitting equipment has been updated. Machines and devices from leading manufacturers from Germany, Switzerland, Italy and other European countries were installed.
All production facilities allow us to accept orders for: knitting knitted fabrics (from 130 to 400 g/m2); boiling, bleaching, dyeing of knitted fabrics; finishing; printing a drawing; laying and cutting the canvas; embroidery; sewing.

TEXTILE DESCRIPTION. HOW WE MAKE IT?
A textile is any type of cloth that is woven, knitted, or felted into a solid piece. Each textile is made of fibers that have been turned into threads or cords and either woven or knitted together. There are two main categories of textiles, natural and manmade. Natural textiles come from fibers that are either plant based such as cotton, linen, ramie, or hemp, or from animal sources such as rabbit fur, alpaca fur, or even horsehair. Manmade fibers, also known as synthetic, are made from various chemical compounds.
In today’s modern world, textiles are too expensive to produce by hand in large quantities. For mass produced textiles, factories are automated with machines to do most of the work.

FIBERS
Textiles all begin as various fibers. A fiber is a thin long hair like substance which has the suitable properties to spin it into a yarn. Combine several fibers twisted together to create yarn which can them be used to weave or knit a fabric. If possible, visit a farm or a fair to see the animals or plants from which natural fibers are made and see if you can purchase some to bring home to spin yourself.
WOVEN VS KNITS
Lets talk about difference between fabric production types.
WARP AND WEFT
Every woven textile is made from thread that goes two different directions. The threads that usually run vertically are called the warp while those going horizontally are called the weft. The warp are the threads strung across a loom while the weft are the threads that pass over or under the warp to create the weaving pattern.
A plain weave such as a muslin. A plain weave is creating using an alternating over/under pattern that results in a checkerboard look.
A twill weave such as denim. A twill weaving pattern is used to create stronger heavier textiles and uses an over under pattern that results in a diagonal look.
A satin weave such as damask or satin. A satin weaving pattern is used to create very smooth soft textiles

KNIT TEXTILES
Instead of weaving threads using a warp and weft, some fabrics are made by knitting a single long thread together using a series of interlocking loops. Find a sample of a knit fabric and see how it compares to a simple weave.
IDENTIFYING TEXTILES
There is a wide variety of textiles available, each with their own use and design. Visit a fabric store and explore the different types of textiles for sale. For example here is most common textiles list: brocade, burlap, calico, canvas, corduroy, crepe, denim, eyelet, fake fur, felt, flannel, gingham, herringbone, lycra/spandex, muslin, organza, paisley, poplin, polyester, satin, seersucker, taffeta, tartan, terrycloth, velvet.
TEXTILE DESIGNS
There are variety of ways to create designs in or on your textile. Some designs are woven in to the fabric using different colored threads or yarn, others are imprinted onto the surfaced or dyed into the yarn after the textile is already created. Designs can even be added to a textile by bleaching areas and removing any dye from the threads.

The production is equipped with modern European equipment. In the production of the fabric, all European technologies are followed, high-quality raw materials and the latest European dyes are used, so customers can be sure that the products are fully compliant with European standards. During production, quality control is applied at the output and input of finished products. The company's production policy is aimed at satisfying customer needs as completely, efficiently and in the shortest possible time as possible.
Samples
Our manager demonstrates fabric samples. You can see samples of paintings in Bishkek; receive them by mail or discuss all the details at a personal meeting with our manager.
Order
You agree on the characteristics and required quantity of canvas, color scheme, and give us an order for it. Minimum order - from 1 roll. 1 roll can contain from 30m to 100m of canvas
Payment
Our company works with VAT. We issue a protocol invoice in the required currency, including value added tax.
Deadlines
After payment, the delivery time for the canvas is from 1 day if it is in a warehouse in Bishkek. If the canvas is made according to your order at the factory, the production time is 14 days.
Delivery
We will deliver your order throughout Kyrgyzstan or send it anywhere in the country or other countries using popular delivery services.

OUR KNITTED TEXTILES
STOCKINETTE
A type of knitted fabric. A stitch row of satin stitch is formed by sequentially knitting the same thread into loops. The canvas itself is thin and smooth; stretches well in width, practically does not stretch in length.
INTERLOCK
It differs from other types of knitwear in its particularly complex weave of loops, resulting in a strong, slightly elastic fabric structure. In production, double-sided weaving is used.
FUTER
It is obtained by laying on needles, in addition to the main thread, an additional one - footer. Multilayer weaving, in which broaches are formed on the lining using loose threads, forming a loop layer.
RIBANA
It is a cross-knitted jersey. To knit loops in a row, only one thread is used, which moves from one row to another. As a result of alternating purl and knit stitches, a material resembling a small elastic band is obtained.
KASHKORSE
knitted fabric, which differs from other types of similar textiles in its special texture. If you look closely at the canvas, you can see convex rows consisting of front and back loops.
PIQUE
Refers to fabrics of combined weaves, which are produced by combining two or more different weaves. Combines satin stitch and partial eraser — results in a fine scale-like pattern on the front side.
TERRY TEXTILE
Knitted fabric, the surface of which is covered with pile. The pile is formed by a special interweaving of threads with individual loops highlighted outward.
VELOR FABRIC
This is a knitted fabric with low, very thick and soft pile on the front side. obtained by tying additional threads into the ground to form long broaches. From these broaches a loop pile is created on the canvas.
FLEECE
Synthetic knitted fabric made of polyester fiber (polyester), specially treated to significantly reduce thermal conductivity.
CAPITONIUM
A special type of insulated knitwear, consisting of several layers of material. Between the top and bottom layers, polyester insulation strands are placed in parallel rows.
